Term 2 Week 6

Yesterday room 28/29 made some Maori gods. Some people wanted to make there own Maori gods.  We did Maori gods  for Te Tuhi.  first we had to write the name of owl Maori gods.  Then we had to put some describing  word to make it in with owl Maori gods.  Next we drawled on a plan white paper and we drawled on it.  After that we had to colour it in with pastel and colour the white spaces have to be gone.  After that we had to cut out our Maori gods and we put some glue on it.  During that we had to go on to cool text and get owl book and put those letters on the computer.  We made these for Te tuhi and it was littel bit hard and it was fun

Term 2 week 5

Last week we had a rugby game. It was the first rugby game I had. I play rugby league but I wanted to try a different kind of sport. We lost we got no points and if we won we would of got fish and chips. I only got one half because i don't no how to play rugby. It was very very very FUN.

Finding and summarising information in a non-fiction text

I have been learning to find and summarise information in a non-fiction text.  We read a book about Disappearing Sharks.  This was a litel bit hard in the first place because I did'ent  know how to do adjectives, nouns and verbs

Term 2 Week 3

Monday Len Brown came to our school because we got green gold award.  The Kapa Haka  students did a powhiri. I was one of them, I was in the middle.  We sang EIAIE then we it was nearly finished he gave as the green gold award.  At the end I was proud of my self and our school.
