So we got into 2 partners and I went with Joshua. We had to make up our own question that has to involve fraction  My Reflection

My Dice Story

So we had been learning about simple complex and compound. So we made a made a dice and write simple complex and compound.Then we had to make a story and keep rolling the dice.Then we would make a story about something that we do at school

This was easy because it was a made up story.

I hope we do something like this again

Kites

So all we did is that we had to pick a kite that was on our page and then we had to example the bridle centre sail flying line frame and tow point.I picked the delta kite because it looks like it can fly quite high.Then we had to make our own kite but it had to be the kite that you picked       My Reflection

This was hard because I did not know what the bridle and all that stuff

Fractions Word Problems

So first miss fisher made a slide for our maths groups so we could edit the slide and make our own question but miss fisher makes the question but we are this time.So when we make our questions up we have to answer our questions and then make a copy to answer everybody else

Fairy Tale Hote Seat

What is a fairy tale hot seat?

A fairy tale hot seat is a interviewee and a interviewer so we worked in pairs 3 to 2 groups and Me Joshua and Micah were the only 3 pair group.So we had to do it about little red riding hood and the big bad wolf.So Me and micah were the interviewee and Joshua  was the interviewer.So me and Joshua made some question for micah and he would answer the question back.So then we did a puppet pals and micah moved the characters and Joshua would be the interviewee and I will be the interviewer.

this was easy because we had a three and it made it much easy

First we write 100 words in our books and the we typed it up in a slideshow and then we had to show it to the teacher and then we had to post it to our blogs.  My Reflection

Matariki Resarch

I am still wondering the we are still doing something like this again

This was easy because we had a three group but the other groups had 2 groups

First we had to make a popplet and share it to your partners then we had to get some ideas what Matariki is about and write it down in poppet then we had to write in our slide show should it be a public holiday or it shouldn't be a public holiday. now we had to find some information on some websites like the Wikipedia 

PVP

We used PVP to solve this strategy.
So first I split the 352 in to 300, 50, and 2
So then I just take away 682-300=382
The we go 382-50 =332
332-2=330

This was easy because I think that PVP is the easiest strategy for me

She bought 5 more truck stamps than snowflake stamps, and 6 fewer rose stamps than truck stamps. How many stamps did Kimberly buy in all?

This year I am a year 5 and I am in room 25. My teachers name is Miss Fisher and she is nice. My interest is playing knuckle bones rugby rip pa rugby and doing maths a running. My goal for this year is to try and move up Maths and reading levels.
